Meeting of the French Team
Our team ( 7 teachers) met again on 7 January 2014 . We choose to work together in Dominique's
house .
It was nice!
We discussed about the preparation of assignments we need being in Turkey.
1. One group will have to find a french typical sport. It's not easy to find a game that the young
people really like to play but I think we have got a great idea! It will be the surprise.
A big problem: where can we find the equipment?!!
Our suitcases will be little bit heavy! You will understand why!
2. The next step will be: what could we bring to Turkey for the market place?
Cans, fresh products....it's not easy...
3. Vitamins and minerals in food. Our pupils studied this topic last year with their natural
science teacher. So for them, it will be some revisions.
4. The next step is to find 5 healhy french recipes....Tell me..."Who use to cook well?!!!"
5. But in fact, how to eat well? "what should we do to have a balanced diet ?"
We will say to our pupils to go to see the intendant of the school.
She will be able to explain them how she organizes the meals of the canteen.
6. We should talk about the problems of the "junk food", the number of obese men and women
increases, so we need to move!!
We could make a short movie about the benefits of sport to society.
We could show it in different classes as an advertising spot!
7. The list of the pupils for Turkey is already done. We have to plan a meeting with the
parents...

After the work, we had a "crepe party". It was not really a "healthy" dinner but it was so good!!
We are looking forward to seeing again all our european partners.
